Project – purchasing cooperative

An economy of scale concept to lower per-lot development costs. A collective produce more by spreading the cost of development over a larger amount of shareholders to reduce individual costs. Integrated resources boost production volumes. Bulk orders give rise to lower per-unit costs from suppliers. 


Most people don't have a hundred thousand dollars to perform New Construction, but if a hundred people have $1,000 dollars to invest, those people can build generational wealth and improve their neighborhoods through co-building. The organizing board is a paralegal, general contractor, and an architect. Decisions are made by Member votes.
